White BBQ Chicken
- 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 cups Light Mayonnaise
- 13 cups White Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 whole Lime, Zested
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
- Salt To Taste
- Mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Remove fat from chicken and rinse.
- Dry the chicken and then rub each piece with the spices, making sure to get the rub in all the nooks.
- Cover the chicken and refrigerate.
- The rub can sit on the chicken for up to a day.
- You want to make sure it is allowed to sit for at least 3 to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill and place the chicken on once it is hot.
- Cook on medium heat for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce by whisking together the sauce ingredients until combined.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and then brush on the sauce.
- Cover the chicken with foil and allow it to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Add more white bbq sauce as needed.
