Easy Side Dish! Baked Leek with Mustard and Cheese

  1. Mix the cheese and grainy mustard in a bowl.
  2. When you are using a block of cheese, either grate it or cut into 1 cm cubes.
  3. Remove the green part of the leeks, and cut into 7-8 mm wide slices.
  4. Add the olive oil into a frying pan, and stir-fry the leeks.
  5. When they become wilted, turn down the heat.
  6. Cover with a lid, and steam-fry for about 8-10 minutes until they become soft.
  7. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Place the Step 4 leeks in a heatproof dish, and put the cheese and grainy mustard mixture on top.
  9. Bake in the oven or in a grill until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
