Easy Rosemary and Sausage Rice Gratin (Doria)
- 1 for 2 bowls White rice
- 1 New onion
- 1 Wiener sausages
- 1 Rosemary
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cake flour
- 20 grams Butter
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 as much (to taste) Easy melting cheese
- Mince the new onion and microwave at 700 watts for 3 minutes.
- Slice the sausage and mix with rice.
- In a bowl, mix cake flour and butter, and microwave at 700 watts for 1 minute.
- Remove the bowl and beat gently.
- Whisk in the milk, a little at a time.
- In the sauce created in step 2, mix in the onion from step 1, the rosemary, and a touch of salt.
- In a gratin dish, spread out the rice and cover with the sauce from step 3.
- Sprinkle plenty of cheese.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 480F/250C until the the cheese is melted and a golden brown crust forms.
