Creamy Tuna Garden Wedges Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  3. Pat dough in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with floured hands, forming 1/2 inch rim.
  4. Bake till crust is light brown, about 10 min.
  5. Cold 10 min.
  6. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, pepper sauce and tuna; spread proportionately over crust.
  7. Divide dough into 6 wedges with celery slices.
  8. Top wedges with vegetables and cheese.
  9. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  10. Cut into bite size pcs or possibly serve with small knife and let guests cut their own.
  11. Chill any remaining appetizer.
