Creamy Tuna Garden Wedges Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed
- 2 med. stalks celery, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
- Assorted fresh vegetables (sliced mushrooms, cherry tomato halves, minced broccoli)
- Shredded cheese
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
- Pat dough in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with floured hands, forming 1/2 inch rim.
- Bake till crust is light brown, about 10 min.
- Cold 10 min.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, pepper sauce and tuna; spread proportionately over crust.
- Divide dough into 6 wedges with celery slices.
- Top wedges with vegetables and cheese.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bite size pcs or possibly serve with small knife and let guests cut their own.
- Chill any remaining appetizer.
