Pear Crostini
- 1 whole French Baguette, Sliced Thinly
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 20 slices Muenster Cheese
- 4 whole Pears, Sliced
- 18 cups Honey
- Slice baguette thinly, place on a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter.
- Toast in your oven, set to a low broil.
- As soon as the tops are beginning to turn golden brown, remove the pan from the oven.
- Flip the slices over.
- Top each with a slice of cheese and a slice of pear.
- Return to the oven and cook until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
