Pear Crostini

  1. Slice baguette thinly, place on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter.
  3. Toast in your oven, set to a low broil.
  4. As soon as the tops are beginning to turn golden brown, remove the pan from the oven.
  5. Flip the slices over.
  6. Top each with a slice of cheese and a slice of pear.
  7. Return to the oven and cook until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
