easy parmesan tilapia

• 6 pieces of tilapia
• 1 parmesan cheese
• 1 cooking spray

1. Spray baking sheet lightly.
2. Set oven at 350'
3. Put fish in the cookie sheet,spray with cooking spray,shake on parm cheese enough to cover fish,bake for 10-15 minutes all depending on the oven.
