Peanut Blossom Cookies

• 1 (18 ounce) box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 13 cup water
• 1 egg
• 60 Hershey chocolate kisses, milk chocolate, unwrapped

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In large bowl, combine cake mix, peanut butter, water and egg- stir by hand until dough forms.
3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
4. Bake 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
5. Immediately top each cookie with a chocolate kiss, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around the edge.
6. Cool on wire rack.
