Easy Creamy Potato Soup

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 15-20 minutes, drain.
  2. Saute onion and butter in large dutch oven until tender.
  3. Stir in next five ingredients.
  4. Cook over low heat.
  5. Stir in mashed potatoes.
  6. Enjoy!
