Cabbage Curry

  1. Heat oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, and green chili.
  2. Roast for a few seconds.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cabbage.
  4. Sprinkle salt and turmeric.
  5. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes, then cover and cook on low until done.
