Cabbage Curry
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon lentils, green (urad dal)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 each green chili peppers
- 1 cup vegetables mixed
- 1 each cabbage
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x turmeric pinch
- Heat oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, and green chili.
- Roast for a few seconds.
- Add mixed vegetables and cabbage.
- Sprinkle salt and turmeric.
- Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes, then cover and cook on low until done.
