Bulgur With Broth
- 1/2 cup bulgur
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Combine ingredients; bring to boil; reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer until liquid evaporates, about 15 minutes.
