chocolate hazelnut biscotti

  1. preheat oven to 375F
  2. in a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. in another medium bowl combine butter, nutella, sugar, and Brown sugar.
  4. cream the ingredients together using an electric mixer.
  5. add egg and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  6. using a wooden spoon stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  7. add the hazelnuts and combine.
  8. space cookie dough out and use fork to flatten.
  9. bake about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  10. you may chill the mixture before placing on baking sheet.
