Easy Fruit Tart

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.
  3. Roll out pastry into 14x10-inch rectangle.
  4. Place onto ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Brush edges of rectangle with water.
  6. Fold over 1/2 inch on all sides; press with tines of fork to seal edges.
  7. Prick pastry thoroughly with fork.
  8. Brush with butter; sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool 10 minutes.
  11. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and 4 tablespoons orange marmalade in medium bowl.
  12. Gently spread over crust.
  13. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture.
  14. Melt remaining orange marmalade; brush over fruit.
  15. *Substitute 1 cup frozen peach slices, thawed, well-drained.
