Fat Free Paneer
- 4 cups nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Bring milk and vinegar to a boil.
- When curds and whey separate cover and leave for 5 minutes.
- Strain solid from liquids.
- Leave with weight on top wrapped in a cloth for half an hour.
- Cut into cubes.
- Enjoy.
