Butterscotch Dessert

  1. Mix crust ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Press into a 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix topping ingredients, except the pudding, together and spread over crust.
  5. Mix the pudding according to package directions and spread over topping.
  6. Top with cool whip.
  7. Chill before serving.
  8. Keep refrigerated.
