Butterscotch Dessert
- 2 14 cups flour
- 12 cup powdered sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 -2 cup Cool Whip
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes butterscotch pudding
- Mix crust ingredients until crumbly.
- Press into a 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Mix topping ingredients, except the pudding, together and spread over crust.
- Mix the pudding according to package directions and spread over topping.
- Top with cool whip.
- Chill before serving.
- Keep refrigerated.
