Protein Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  3. If adding blueberries, add the at the very end so they dont get too mashed up.)
  4. Pour into muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
  6. Let muffins cool on rack.
  7. Spread some peanut butter on them before eating.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
