To Improve Your Blood Circulation: Sweet Onion Rice
- 160 grams Sweet new harvest onion
- 360 ml Uncooked white rice
- 3 tbsp Sakura shrimp
- 1 Aburaage
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tsp each Salt, soy sauce
- Rinse the rice and soak in water for about 30 minutes.
- Slice the onion to 5 mm width.
- Pour hot water over the aburaage to drain excess oil, and cut into 5 mm wide strips.
- Put the rice from Step 1 in a rice cooker.
- Add water up to the 2 cup mark, add the ingredients from Step 2, and the ingredients.
- Stir well and set the rice cooker to cook.
