  1. Deep fry the ladyfinger (okra) in oil.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Fry potatoes in oil and keep aside.
  4. Once the ladyfingers leave oil and cool down, fill them with the spices.
  5. Put the ladyfingers in a frying pan.
  6. Cover and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Likewise, toss potatoes in the dry spices to coat and put it in the frying pan with the ladyfingers.
  8. Serve hot with Indian flatbreads (rotis/phulkas).
