Besan Stuffed Taro Leaves Recipe

  1. (Bhagat Singh, Bhopal, 1972)
  2. Grind together the onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add in the besan and spices.
  4. Spread leaves with this besan mix, folding leaves as you go to make small packets.
  5. Steam leaf packets till done, then brown in oil and serve.
