Pork Scaloppine

  1. Clean and trim all visible fat from pork.
  2. Cut meat into thin slices.
  3. Saute meat in non-stick skillet until brown.
  4. Add seasonings and lemon juice.
  5. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
