Anne Fischer's Crock-Pot Stuffed Peppers (Meatless Version)

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Clean peppers, cut off the tops and dig out the gross stuff inside.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine Crumbles, rice, salt, pepper, and 1/2 C of the water.
  5. Scoop the mixture into the peppers.
  6. Put peppers in the crock pot.
  7. Mix soup, Worcestershire, and the other 1/2 C of the water.
  8. Pour over peppers.
  9. Cover and set crock pot on low.
  10. Cook for 6-7 hours.
