Emerald Fruit Salad

• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 granny smith apples, cored and sliced
• 1 small ripe green melon, diced
• 2 kiwi, sliced
• 1 star fruit, sliced

1. Mix together lime juice and honey in a large bowl, then toss the apple slices in this.
2. Stir in the melon, kiwi, and star fruit.
3. Serve.
