Hassel Vegetable Soup Recipe

  1. Boil short ribs in salted water for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Add in canned vegetables one at a time to the soup pot.
  3. (Don't drain the veggies.)
  4. Simmer for 15 min.
  5. Add in potatoes, celery, onion, stewed tomatoes, and tomato paste to soup.
  6. Simmer for 40 min.
