Apple Oatmeal Raisin Bread Recipe

• 2 tsp Yeast
• 2 c. Bread flour
• 2 c. Oats
• 1/4 c. Oat bran
• 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• 1 1/4 c. Apple juice
• 2/3 c. Raisins
• 2/3 c. Apples -- diced
• 1/2 c. Nuts -- minced

1. Add in all ingredients but last 3 to bread machine and turn on.
2. Add in raisins, apples and nuts at the beep.
