4-K Chili
- 5 pounds ground chuck (ground beef)
- 1 large onions chopped
- 4 each garlic cloves chopped
- 1 each jalapeno pepper
- 1 can beer
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 4 tablespoons red chili peppers
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Brown the meat.
- Brown onions, garlic and jalapeno together.
- Combine meat and onion with beer, cumin, chilies, paprika, pepper, flavor enhancer and salt; marinate for one hour.
- Add water to cover.
- Stir well.
