4-K Chili

  1. Brown the meat.
  2. Brown onions, garlic and jalapeno together.
  3. Combine meat and onion with beer, cumin, chilies, paprika, pepper, flavor enhancer and salt; marinate for one hour.
  4. Add water to cover.
  5. Stir well.
