Flank Steak with Cheesy Chipotle-Orange Spinach
- 12 each KRAFT Frozen Macaroni & Cheese Dinner(10-oz. pouch)
- 1-1/2 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained, liquid reserved
- 1 qt. cooked fresh spinach, drained
- 3/4 cup canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- grilled beef flank steaks, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- For each serving: Heat 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package; place in medium bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup oranges, 1 Tbsp.
- reserved orange liquid, 1/3 cup spinach and 1 Tbsp.
- peppers; mix lightly.
- Spoon onto serving plate.
- Top with 4 oz.
