Super Protein Black Cherry Shake/smoothie
- 12 cup frozen pitted black cherries
- 18 ounce packageblack cherry Kool-Aid (unprepared)
- 1 cup soymilk, as needed
- 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vanilla soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons tofu yogurt
- 1 -2 ice cube
- Blend together cherries, Kool Aid, soy milk, soy protein powder, Splenda and yogurt.
- Add ice cubes, blend until smooth.
- Enjoy.
