Steamed Black Bean Sauce Pork Ribs (Dim Sum)
- 1/2 kg Pork Riblets (ends)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Chinese rice wine
- 1 tbsp of black bean garlic sauce (Lee Kum Kee brand is the one I used)
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 dash Chinese five-spice powder
- In a steamer add water and Chinese rice wine
- Salt and pepper the pork ribs and add to steamer.
- Steam for 20 mins or until tender
- In a wok heat 1 tablespoon of black bean garlic sauce and a dash of water.
- Add steamed ribs to wok and stir fry until sauce is coated.
