Miso Rolled Pork Bites with Offcuts

  1. Put all ingredients in a plastic bag and mix.
  2. Add the pork too and rub well.
  3. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Add white sesame seeds, white flour and mix.
  5. Divide into 6 pieces and shape into ovals.
  6. Then stick on the shiso leaves.
  7. Pour sesame oil in a pan and brown both sides of Step 2.
  8. Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes and then it is done.
