Tasty Testers Coffee Crusted Jerk Chicken

• 2 lbs chicken breasts, deboned
• 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
• 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, tia maria
• 1 ounce ground instant espresso
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

1. marinate the chicken with the liqueur and seasoning for 15 minutes
2. dredge in oil then coffee.
3. bbq or cook on stove.
