Lemonade in Bloom

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the water and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat.
  3. Add the chamomile tea bags, lavender and basil.
  4. Steep for 10 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea mixture through a mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
  6. Discard the solids.
  7. Add the lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, vodka and gin.
  8. Chill.
  9. Serve over ice garnished with basil.
