Hendrick's Gin Gibson
- 3 ounces of Hendrick's gin
- A touch of dry vermouth
- Cocktail onions
- Chill martini glass.
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Pour in gin.
- Add vermouth.
- Cover and shake.
- Put several cocktail onions on a stick and place in chilled glass.
- Pour cocktail over onions and serve.
