Marinated Beef Skewers

  1. Pour dressing over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Heat broiler.
  4. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Thread meat evenly onto 12 (6-inch) wooden skewers.
  6. Place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 8 min.
  8. or until done, turning after 4 min.
  9. Blend remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 3 min.
  10. Serve with meat skewers.
