Triple-Turkey and Brown Rice Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 small green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1-1/2 cups long-grain brown rice, uncooked
- 3-1/4 cups water
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast, chopped
- Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add bacon, green peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add sausage, rice, water and seasonings; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 45 to 50 min.
- or until rice is tender and most the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in chopped turkey; cook 1 to 2 min.
