Triple-Turkey and Brown Rice Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add bacon, green peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  3. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Add sausage, rice, water and seasonings; stir.
  5. Bring to boil; cover.
  6. Simmer on medium-low heat 45 to 50 min.
  7. or until rice is tender and most the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in chopped turkey; cook 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
