Brownie Cheesecake Bars Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. Cocoa
- 3 x Large eggs, divided
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 tsp Vanilla extract, divided
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Minced Nuts, optional
- 1 pkt (8 ounce)cream cheese, soft
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 can (14 ounce)Sweetened condensed Lowfat milk
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In mixer bowl.
- beat flour, sugar, melted butter, cocoa, 2 Large eggs, lowfat milk, 2 teaspoon vanilla and baking pwdr till well blended.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spread into pan.
- In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons butter and cornstarch till fluffy.
- Gradually add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, then remaining 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla, beating till smooth.
- Pour over brownie batter.
- Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till top is lightly browned.
- Cold; chill.
- Cut into bars.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
