Salmon fingers

  1. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with aerosol olive oil.
  2. Remove skin if present.
  3. Cut salmon steak into ~ 1" x 3" (2cm x 6cm) strips and arrange on baking sheet
  4. If desired dribble dill sauce over salmon fingers
  5. Sprinkle salmon fingers with garlic salt
  6. Place under broiler set to high for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove baking sheet and turn salmon fingers.
  8. Repeat steps 3-5.
