Beef Steak With Herb Garnish Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Green onion finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 sm Clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt pn Pepper, fresh grnd
- 1 1/4 lb Rib eye or possibly sirloin steak
- Make the herb garnish ahead of time to allow flavors to blend.
- Combine onion, parsley, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt & pepper in a glass bowl; let stand a room temperature at least 2 hours.
- At meal time, broil or possibly saute/fry meat to desired doneness in a heavy frypan lightly brushed with oil.
- Spoon herb garnish over each serving.
