garlic parmesan pork chops
- 4 pork chop loin 1/2in
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black ground pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- preheat oven at 360.
- in small bowl mix all ingredients other than pork chops
- mix ingredients to pasty consistency
- lay out pork chops in oven safe pan and rub the paste on both sides of the pork chop.
- it takes about 1 tablespoon and a half to cover 1 pork chop.
- cover with aluminum foil and set in oven for 40 minutes to cook and seal in the flavor.
- uncover and let sit additional15 minutes or until top is brown
- serve with a side of pasta or potatoes to compliment
