Chocolate Cake Recipe

• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 1/2 c. butter, melted
• 1 c. strawberry apple butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 5 tbsp. lowfat milk
• 3/4 c. Fudge Sweet Topping
• 5 tbsp. Fruit Sweet
• 2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

1. Combine Large eggs, butter, strawberry apple butter and vanilla.
2. Place the covered jar of Fudge Sweet into warm water to thin.
3. Add in the lowfat milk, Fudge Sweet and Fruit Sweet to the butter mix.
4. Sift the flour and baking soda together and blend with the wet mix.
5. Pour into two greased and floured 9" round tins or possibly equivalent.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
7. Cold.
8. Top with whipped cream.
