Cranberry Orange Zinfandel Sauce

  1. Combine first three ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to a very low simmer.
  3. Simmer mixture for 1-1 1/2 hours or until thick and cranberries soft.
