Marinated Antipasto Appetizers

  1. Combine cheese, artichokes and dressing.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Drain cheese and artichokes; discard marinade.
  5. Thread 1 each tomato, artichoke quarter, pepperoni slice and cheese cube onto each of 16 small wooden skewers.
  6. Arrange on platter.
  7. Serve with crackers.
