Variety Oatmeal Cookie
- 3 eggs
- 1 14 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups creamy peanut butter
- 12 cup butter (room temp) or 12 cup margarine (room temp)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 12 cups quick oats
- 12 cup M&M'
- 12 cup chocolate chips
- 12 cup toasted coconut (optional)
- 12 cup caramel, bits (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl mix the eggs and sugars.
- Mix well.
- Add peanut butter, buuter, salt, and vanilla and mix well.
- Add the baking soda (if using a stand mixer, use mix (slow) setting), then add the oats.
- Stir in the m&ms, choc.
- chips, coconut, and caramel.
- I use an ice cream scoop (depending on the size half full) and place them on a slipmat on a baking sheet about two inches apart.
- Bake for 9 minutes.
- Leave on the cookie sheet for a couple minutes before rermoving to a rack or they will fall apart.
