Butterscotch Fudge
- 2 (6 ounce) packages butterscotch chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 16 marshmallows
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
- candied cherry, cut in quarters
- Combine butterscotch morsels, milk marshmallows in top of double boiler.
- Place over boiling water, stir occasionally, until melted smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter, vanilla salt.
- Pour into greased 8" square pan.
- Chill until almost firm.
- Cut into squares, press cherry quarter on each square.
- Makes about 2 1/4 lbs.
