Grilled Portobello Sandwich

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush mushroom and pepper with reserved artichoke marinade.
  3. Grill 5 min.
  4. on each side, brushing with any remaining marinade for the last few minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, grill bread 1 to 2 min.
  6. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.
  7. Slice mushroom and pepper.
  8. Spread 1 toast slice with dressing; spread remaining toast slice with pesto.
  9. Fill toast slices with grilled vegetables, cheese and artichokes to make sandwich.
