Tossed Broccoli Salad Recipe
- 2 lbs. fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion.
- In a separate bowl, combine all dressing ingredients.
- Toss with broccoli mix.
- Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
- OPTIONAL:
fresh broccoli, bacon, mozzarella cheese, red onion
