Susan'S Lasagna
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 large can water
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Brown meat with onion, garlic and Italian seasoning, then add tomato paste, tomatoes, water and soup.
- Let simmer at least 1 hour.
- While simmering, shred frozen cream cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Cook noodles according to directions on box.
- When sauce is done, layer with noodles, sauce and each cheese until gone. Use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
