- 1 can Canned Kabayaki-style Pacific Saury
- 360 ml Uncooked white rice
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate), or more
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- This is the can of kabayaki-style pacific saury that I used.
- Wash the rice and drain in a strainer.
- Put the rice into the rice cooker bowl and add the ingredients.
- If you like a thicker flavor, use 2 tablespoons of mentsuyu!
- Pour in the water until it reaches the specified amount for 2 cups.
- Plop the canned saury right in!
- Pour in the canned juices too!
- Turn on the rice cooker!
- It's cooked!
- It smells so good!
- I wonder if it browned the rice on the bottom and made it crispy?
- Stir it well and enjoy!
