Million-Dollar Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish, melt butter and stir in flour and 1/4 cup of the nuts.
  3. Bake about 20 minutes, until firm.
  4. Let cool.
  5. First layer: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of whipped cream.
  6. Layer over cooked nut crust.
  7. Second layer: Combine instant pudding mix and milk.
  8. Layer over first layer.
  9. Third layer: Combine remaining whipped cream and remaining chopped nuts.
  10. Layer over top.
  11. Keep refrigerated.
