Baked Cheesecake

• 5 eggs, separated
• 1 cup sugar
• 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cup graham cracker
• 14 teaspoon nutmeg
• 14 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon sugar

1. Preheat oven 275 degrees.
2. Butter 9 inch spring pan.
3. Beat egg yolks till thick, gradually beat sugar and cream cheese.
4. Mix till smooth.
5. Then add sour cream, vanilla, flour; continue mixing till smooth.
6. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mix.
7. Pour in pan, bake for 70 minutes.
8. DO NOT OPEN DOOR!
