Dijon Pork Steaks

  1. Place pork chops in a shallow baking pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator, several hour or overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Pre heat broiler or grill.
  5. Place chops on a broiler pan or barbecue rack, reserving marinade.
  6. Broil, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade, until done to taste.
