Caesar Dressing Recipe

• 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
• 2 x Cloves garlic
• 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
• 4 x Anchovy fillets, rinsed
• 2 Tbsp. Nonfat parmesan cheese
• 2 Tbsp. Nonfat sourcream
• 1 tsp Nature's seasonings
• 1 tsp Mrs.Dash garlic and herb mix

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
